Easy To Use
I love the options of keyboard, wireless mouse, remote or touch screen to access functions. The tactile keyboard is quiet and easy to use without annoying autocorrect one finds on tablets and iPads. I use it extensively to create Power Points and lessons for teaching as well as email. <br />However, I've had it in repair mode 3X within two months. The User Guide disappeared. Now the remote and the icon on the front of the desktop will not open the DVD/CD compartment which necessitates the long route via Start-Control Panel....... and after the last 4 hour repair session, was told they cannot remedy the remote or icon for DVD drive. Also, if you want to watch a movie, you must sit in the correct position by the large screen which is not adjustable. Perhaps Samsung should not include so many features in one - touchscreen, etc. Too much of a good thing?
