Bought this from Costco last year. It came with Windows 8, but I upgraded to 8.1. I don't do any heavy-duty processing with it. Strictly a personal-use home computer, but I haven't had any problems with it at all. Boots up fast and performs well.

As a web designer I spend a lot of time on a computer so I need all the power that I can get. This Dell box has every thing that I needed at a better price than if I had bought the parts to assemble myself. It comes with a basic set of software that performs well, but you'll still need to buy Office and Adobe products.

What really gave this machine a huge boost in power was adding a SSD drive. Start up time is a few seconds and it is ready to work. Well worth another $100 to unleash the power of the Intel I7 processor. If you spend any amount of time on a computer this machine will do the job in spades, especially if you need serious power.

The reliability of Dell computers for me has been superb for me. This is my tenth Dell over many years and their customer support has taken great care of me the few times something has broken. When a fan died the replacement part was delivered in two days. I installed it in ten minutes and all was well.
