There is no backlit keyboard

Strength
This computer is really quite nice if you dont want a backlit keyboard.
Weakness
Toshiba claims theres a backlit keyboard and every store seeling it repeats that claim but its absolutely FALSE!
Working with Toshibas Technical Support they will tell you the backlit keyboard for this model is an option and it depends on which model the store has purchased. This is an all-time low with respect to customer support in my opinion and after having purchased 6 Toshiba laptops for myself and my family it makes me question whether its time to start looking at other manufacturers.In case youre doubtful or curious look at each stores description, then carefully inspect the photos of the keyboard, and finally go to the Toshiba website and search for what a backlit keyboard really looks like.
