Within a month the hinges started to separate from the back case. Sent back under warranty and it took almost three weeks to get it back. Four months after purchase it locked up when using IE9. It took more than four hours of telephone time for HP support to finally determine we needed to reformat the hard drive. They also told me not to use IE9 because its buggy. Same night as reformatting it locked up again but has since reset itself. I have asked HP for a replacement but they refuse because its back to working. The won't accept the rationale that I am concerned that it will lock up again. Very poor corporate appreciation for the customer's concerns about an unreliable and unstable unit. Corporate Customer Service told me I have to wait until it fails again and then they will consider replacement.
