I owned my Toshiba for only 5 months when it crashed for the first time. I had to send it back to the factory. Overall time was 2 weeks before I had a working computer. Ran ok for a few months, but I have had endless problems. I will never purchase a Toshiba again.

The keyboard was defective. I sent it back for repair three times. When it failed the forth time, I asked for a replecement. Toshiba refused.
