Comment:
I use a printer for home use, photo prints, gift cards. Kids use for projects. I am not at all happy with this product. You cannot store the paper in it, so each time you turn it on you have to open the doors and install the paper, lotsa trouble for me. Now a paper is jammed in it and I cannot get it out. I have only had this machine for two week and this is the second difficult to remove jam. I am returning this printer today.

Computer would not recognize windows 7 64 bit. Wasted 4 hours of my life trying to make this work. Returned it bought an HP no problems.
