Individual cartridges for each color let you change only the ones that are empty. The capacity of the main paper tray is 125 sheets, a typical size. The printer can print directly on inkjet-printable CDs and DVDs. The printer has a medium-size 2.8-inch display screen that can preview photos to be printed from a memory card. It's got a touchscreen, used to control the printer. Like most color printers, the Canon Pixma MG5420 has a memory-card reader, which can accept these types of memory cards: Memory Stick, MultiMedia, Secure Digital. It lacks PictBridge for direct printing from cameras. You can connect directly to a PC with a USB cable, or to your network router wirelessly with Wi-Fi.

it is a fair printer. very cheaply made. but i am not a professional so i dont need all the frills. I* will let you know how good the snd one works. if it takes as long as this one. i will take it back and get an hp.
