The Epson Workforce 435 is an all-in-one inkjet printer with scan and copy functions, an automatic document feeder, built-in faxing, and Wi-Fi networking. It works with both Windows and Mac OS. Individual cartridges for each color let you change only the ones that are empty. The capacity of the main paper tray is 120 sheets, a typical size. There's an automatic document feeder to let you copy or scan a stack of pages in one operation. The printer has no photo preview display. Like most color printers, the Epson Workforce 435 has a memory-card reader, which can accept these types of memory cards: Memory Stick, MultiMedia, Secure Digital, xD-Picture Card. It lacks PictBridge for direct printing from cameras. You can connect directly to a PC with a USB cable, or to your network router wirelessly with Wi-Fi. Epson has always been known for a good quality, reliable printer and this one is that. The major drawback is you MUST buy their ink and you can not even use it unless you have one of their cartridges in place. I mean, it will not print anything at all! That means no competitor brands or refills and twice the price for your ink. I will never buy Epson again, unless they take this feature off. I mean really? You want to force us to use your product?
