The Epson Workforce WF-2540 is an all-in-one inkjet printer with scan and copy functions, an automatic document feeder, built-in faxing, and both Wi-Fi and Ethernet networking. It works with both Windows and Mac OS. Individual cartridges for each color let you change only the ones that are empty. There's an automatic document feeder to let you copy or scan a stack of pages in one operation. The printer has no photo preview display. Unlike most color printers, the Epson Workforce WF-2540 lacks a memory-card reader. It lacks PictBridge for direct printing from cameras. You can connect directly to a PC with a USB cable, or to your network router either wirelessly with Wi-Fi or with an Ethernet cable. This model has built-in faxing, can store incoming faxes if the paper runs out, and can send faxes from an attached PC.
