Strength
Frequent updates
Weakness
Tech Support
The tech support is in India and is abysmal. I have spent hours one the phone with these morons and their best advice is reinstall - no matter what the problem.

Strength
installs easy w/ the wizard.
Weakness
This was much easier to use then the 2005 version. Had no setup problems and works as advertised. No problems/viruses as of yet. Seems to catch everything with the firewall and virus. It's sometimes annoying but I guess it's better to be safe than sorry.

Weakness
Blocks emailHangs computer Poor customer service
I installed this on a Win20K laptop. It is incompatible with Eudora and when I try to configure it, the configuration window freezes and prevents the computer from rebooting so I had to push the reset button to restart the computer. Customer service was a joke. It consisted of a chat session with somebody in India who had no idea what was going on and who make me wait several minutes for each response (as if he was dealing with multiple support sessions at once). I told him about several error messages, the hang, email not working and his response was that I should defragment my hard drive!! I hung up and tried that just in case but it had no impact as I expected. I'm nowuninstalling this product and I'm going to request a refund. I had similar support and quality issues with Partition Magic last year so now I'm probably going to avoid Symantec products going forward.
