You will never get the same answer twice from tech support. You can buy coverage for 3 computers but you need a new code for each additional machine. If you download the program after 30 days you have to pay $10 for a download disc. I keep getting messages that my Kaspersky case has been closed. They try to follow up, but don't have a clue how to communicate with the customer and make them happy. I have wasted so much time! Don't even bother!

I just bought Kaspersky ONE Universal Security based on CR's high rating.<br /><br />Right out of the box, I could not install it on my Windows PC. I got an obscure error message that is clearly due to a product defect. I'm starting the cumbersome process of contact Support now.<br /><br />I should have learned from owning the previous version of the software. It had conflicts with Windows and blocked networking functions. I finally got it working OK.

I bought this after reading the CR reviews. I repeatedly tried to install the program using the CD-Rom. Each time, I was given an error message. I contacted Tech Support. Waited 2 weeks and received a message it was fixed. No it wasn't. Not worth the frustration.
