Have had McAfee for 1 1/2 yrs with no problems. Had to replace hard drive. After installation of McAfee it would not run. Called McAfee. Were going to charge me $99 to fix problem. I can buy a new program for less that that. Will be buying from a different company! So much for customer service!!

I used a competitors program and it was a HOG and slowed everything down.<br />I currently have McAfee on all 4 computers and have never had any virus problems or decrease in performace.

Unacceptable McAfee defect

McAfee 's recent defect shutdown my Internet connection... I contacted their tech service and found them to be incompetent in resolving their defect..... I uninstalled McAfee from my computer. I will purchase their competitor's product.
