we tried to download a movie and we received a text that we were over our 500mg limit. it ended up costing us200.00 for the extra ..storage. we were told that we could use it as a wifi base for taking our laptop on the road but that didn't work the thing is a piece of dogdo. it is so darn hard to figure out how to use ityhat it just sits around collecting dust. the next time we get to limaim taking it back.we also bought a gizmo for our grandson and the sales rep told us that we could sync it with the ellipsis and keep track of him by gps that was a joke to.this was free except for the charge they get you for on your bill.

I just used this for simple web browsing, emailing and messaging. I installed only a handful of apps. The longer I had it the more annoying it became. Apps would fail to open. The email program wouldn't reply to emails after the chain got two messages long. The touch screen would frequently fail to respond. Honestly, I nearly flung this thing across the room several times in frustration. Finally, I had enough and stopped using it as it was far too frustrating. It was free from Verizon, and still not worth it. I almost forgot, but it would not always reconnect to my home wifi. It would switch to 4g and start using data without my realizing it.

Got it during promotion at Verizon store. I had a problem at first with SIM card coming unseated. After removing and reseating a couple of times problem went away. Added 16gig memory card. It's a keeper.
