2nd tablet with the same issue. 1st tablet was replaced free of shipping charge via Walmart.com. The 2nd tablet is still being pursued by the warranty via Monster.

I have bought 3 tablets of the brand (Monster). After buying them, I received some power cord connections from the company and a statement that there is a DEFAULT in the power plugs.

Later on, the 3 of them stopped charging and stopped working. Two of them was after the warranty period and I still have them not functioning.

The third one was before the end of warranty and The company stated by email that it is their responsibility to fix and asked me to send it to them. It has been 5 MONTHS now since they received it and did not six it or even update me about anything about it. It is like they confiscate it. When I called them to inquire they said that the repair time takes 3 weeks and maximum 6 weeks.

Be careful and think twice before you decide to throw your money to buy this tablet or deal with this company.

Comment:
I got my tablet for christmas. Less than 1 month later part of the inside of the tablet charger came out when I attempted to pull the charger out of my tablet. Although the tablet has no glitches, internet problems, etc. this is an annoying problem that has happened to many people from what I can tell from their reviews. Is there any way to fix this without paying continuous money? $$$
