I received a monster tablet for Christmas, the port where you plug in the charger fell out...so now it is totally useless, I have sent several emails to Monster Tablet themselves, and have gotten nowhere and of course the retailer that sells the Monster Tablet will not stand behind the product... what is a person suppose to do?

Dragon is right. I bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter and since having it the charger dose not stay plugged into the port. On February 24, 2014 I received an email from Walmart stating that they were aware of the issue as was sending me a better charger at no cost to me. Needless to say, I am still waiting on it, not to mention the email address they gave for contacting Monster is incorrect.

This Monster tablet, the M7, is only available through Walmart and when my son first bought it I thought it was a good deal and the performance on it, while not top speed, was good enough for the money spent on it. But after having only owned it two months we've ran into a huge problem, the port where it charges fell out of the tablet. And not from being abused because my child is very careful with things he buys with his own money. When I try to contact the company about it the offical Monster site does not have the product listed on their website. When I go to mymonstertable.com I have recieved no responses on even finding out IF this is covered under warrenty! And all the phone numbers they have for costumer service are out of service.

And of course since it's bought through Walmart I know presueing through that venue will be a Well tough day for you it's your problem.

I would not recommend this product to anyone, especially if bought through Walmart!
