I bought 2 of these tablets for my sons, hoping that the charging port defect would be fixed. It isn't. My son had this tablet for less than 1 month. I was the one that would plug & unplug the charger just to make sure that he didn't mess it up on accident. It fell out anyway. The protection plan that the retailer offers would be used up if I were to get a new product because of the defect in this one. To side-step that, I purchased a new identical tablet, and returned the broken one within the 15 day window they give for returns for a full refund, while still keeping my protection plan.

The main reason we bought this tablet was because of the 16GB memory it boasts. It is a lie. Although there is 16 available, the way they have set up the memory partition only allows 1GB for downloads. From there, you are able to transfer the app to the SD, but most apps won't transfer. That 1GB fills up FAST. I will be buying another tablet in 4 months for my other son's birthday - you can guarantee that it will NOT be a Monster!

I have to say I am incredibly disappointed in this product, and can't believe that Monster would allow their name to be put on such junk.

I received a monster tablet for Christmas, the port where you plug in the charger fell out...so now it is totally useless, I have sent several emails to Monster Tablet themselves, and have gotten nowhere and of course the retailer that sells the Monster Tablet will not stand behind the product... what is a person suppose to do?

Dragon is right. I bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter and since having it the charger dose not stay plugged into the port. On February 24, 2014 I received an email from Walmart stating that they were aware of the issue as was sending me a better charger at no cost to me. Needless to say, I am still waiting on it, not to mention the email address they gave for contacting Monster is incorrect.
