We bought two of these at Sams Club with TMobile service. Seemed to work fine for a couple of months. We began to notice that both phones would shut off several times a day amd we became aware of voicemails being left and never being delivered. I spent hours with tmobile tech support resetting the phones, features, sim cards, etc. Nothing worked. We do not recommend this product.

Comment:
For calling and texting, this phone works great for me. The web is nearly useless; you can get a weather map if you work at it. I actually use the music player. The camera is pretty good; camcorder is average at best. Would be fun to find some minimal games, but none that are available work. All the demo games can't be deleted.

As a Phone, it sounds as good as my land line, and that's what I bought it for.

More than six months
Bottom Line
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

Comment:
My son and I both got this model at the same time and we both disliked it so much we are willing to pay the extra $50 to exchange them. The instructions in the box are minimal and do not even mention the camera functions at all (assuming you can find them online). When you extend the tiny keyboard you have to translate the selections to the portrait orientation. Cheaper, but there is no comparison to the iPhone5 that my daughter-in-law got at the same time.
How long have you owned it:
A month or less
Bottom Line
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
