As a phone this product isn't going to work for many. Very, and I mean very weak volume. If you can't hear what's being said then of what practical value is it?? Once the contract has expired on both phones, we're going elsewhere.

my phone lasted only a little over a year before this so call rugged phone lost its inside speakers with no parts available
