About This Brand

Samsung is well known for its innovative designs and has one of the largest lineups of smartphones that run on the Windows and Android operating systems. Samsung smartphones have among the industry's most advanced technologies the Android platform has to offer. They include a feature that lets you interact with two apps simultaneously on one screen. For instance, you can watch a video while viewing an e-mail, or you can use Google Maps and messaging. The front-facing cameras on many Samsung models monitor your eyes while you're reading a Web page or other documents to prevent the screen from timing out. Notable lines include the Samsung Galaxy S and Galaxy Note series.

Defective battery
Best Uses
This phone worked great for a few months, but it turns out there's a known defect with the battery where it bulges out and has to be replaced. When this happened to my phone, it also bent where the screen attaches to the phone. When I called Samsung support, they expected me to send the phone in to them for service (they couldn't tell me how long it would take to fix it) but would not send me a replacement in the interim. Do they really expect me to be without a phone for who knows how long??? Are they kidding???

Based on the poor support from Samsung I have to give any of their products 1 star.
How long have you owned it:
Three-to-six months
Bottom Line
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
