Comment:
I purchased this phone for my mother as a replacement for boost mobile due to issues with AT&T tower coverage in her city. The Samsung Galaxy Proclaim has had nothing but issues. The first one would not work with her old transferred number so they gave her a new one. Then it stopped recieving phone calls. The next one did the same. The last one wouldn't allow her to call out or recieve calls and the camera would not work with skype. We called customer service which got it half way working but told her to send them the phone and they would look at it and send her out a replacement. They said this was there policy. Well i finally got them to transfer me to an American service number and they said they would send one out but there phone went dead before the tracking number was given. Long story short I called back and the overseas office said that the american person should not have told me that and i would indeed have to return the phone first. Are you kidding me, being without a phone for two weeks. Take my advice and stay well clear of straight talk.
