Handset died after a week
poor product quality
Best Uses
It worked as suggested... for about a week. Then the cordless handset died (not the battery, but the unit itself) and could not be resuscitated. Fortunately, I was well within the return window. Buyer beware.
How long have you owned it:
A month or less
Bottom Line
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice features but poor sound quality.
Nice features
Poor sound quality
Best Uses
Nice features but a lot of rattling noise on remote units.
How long have you owned it:
More than six months
Bottom Line
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
dysfunctional corded handset
Best Uses
I have the Time-Warner combined internet/cable/phone
service. The CL84102 is the phone used, but after a
couple of months the corded handset no longer functions. The speaker works fine, but not the base
handset, so it's highly unlikely that it's a Time Warner problem -- the phone itself is flawed.
How long have you owned it:
One-to-three months
Bottom Line
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
