A 1.9 GHz DECT 6.0 multiple-handset-capable cordless phone with a built-in answering machine.
I bought this phone (model EL52213) to go with a new magicjack which uses VoIP (voice over the internet). The phone and additional handset have too much static. I tried moving the phone away from my internet wireless router but there was no improvement. DECT 6.0 is supposed to prevent the static but on this phone it does not. I've had 2 voice messages too garbled to even understand. I tried another brand with DECT 6.0 and I don't have the static problem.
How long have you owned it:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
