IN 4 months I have had to have the device replaced 3 times, and now the 4th one less than 3 weeks old, because of it locking up, not turning pages, unable to open.

There has to be major design flaws

Comment:
I use my Nook with adjustable Glo-Light every night in bed. I've found plenty of FREE ebooks to download from my local library. As a read-in-bed person, my husband purchased it for me because tradional book-lights are kind of hard on sleeping partners & the dog.

More than six months
Bottom Line
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
