Comment:
I bought this e-reader because I wanted ONLY a device on which I could get books from my library. I have now read over 500 books, and I download them from the library to the Kobo for free, read them and delete! I didn't want complex tablets, just a way to read more books, and this Kobo suited me perfectly. The only negative thing I could say about it is that the instructions on how to use it are not great!

Comment:
If the Kobo decides to work after borrowing books or buying them, I have found reading is easy, and pages turn quickly. The ability to resize the font is particularly useful. However, if it doesn't feel like working the on-line help is almost useless unless you have one of a half a dozen specific problems. Otherwise you have to search for on-line forums for an answer. Unfortunately the darn thing freezes and/or locks up at least 50% of the time. This requires a reset and or a restore. You can bet the Kobo on-line help doesn't tell you how to do this. I find navigating around the Kobo difficult to remember, and would rather have actual directional instructions versus symbols that have no universal meaning as far as I can tell. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who has little or no computer skills as it is incredibly frustrating if you don't.
