Comment:
I watch a lot of a political channel that continuously displays its logo. Within one month the logo burned in and and can be seen whenever a light scene is displayed, such as a blue sky while watching golf or any white backgrounds. I tried the anti retention provided by the set. This did not help at all. I had purchased the extended warranty from my local PC Richards. The service person said that since Panasonic does not cover burn-in, they can not repair the set or replace it. <br />Consumer Reports has stated that burn-in is not as great a problem with plasma TV ' s as it was in the past. I strongly disagree based on my experience with this set. My Sony SXRD rear projection set never had this problem.
