Very Poor Warranty Service

Panel had lines within 2 hours of first use. Toshiba Warranty Dept subs work to one contractor who subs to another and another. They have missed 2 appointments, and came with wrong part for a third. Automated calls have required over 40 hours on the phone to correct the type of panel that requires repair. It's been to months, and no end in sight. Toshiba simply states that we have to keep calling back or they will close there case and report that we are satisfied. Save yourself a lot of trouble and pay the extra for a Sony or other brand that stands behind their product. Again, this TV was on for less than 2 hours of use before lines appeared, and after all this trouble, Toshiba refused to replace and requires that we just continue calling, and taking time from work to be home when their subcontractors fail to appear or have correct parts.
