Licorice The spicy-fennel-like smell of black licorice candy.
Honey The flavor and/or smell of honey.
Fruity The taste and/or aroma of fresh fruits such as apricot, apple, citrus or peach. Usually provided by dry/late hops.
Sweetness A perception of the basic taste most commonly associated with a sucrose (table sugar) solution.
Dark malt Dark varieties of malted barley. Can provide flavors of chocolate, coffee, molasses, caramel and/or burnt notes.
Pale malt The basis of most beers. It is light in color and the least expensive of barley malts. The flavor of lightly roasted wheat or barley, a bit like dried cereal.
Floral The fragrant aroma of fresh-cut flowers usually provided by dry/late hops.
Finish Refers to quality and duration of flavor perception of a wine or beer after it leaves the mouth.
You can tell they only use the finest quality dogs and fish to make this from the price. Sadly, this has way too much dog note and not enough hops. Strong barley taste and excessively bitter. No lightness to it at all. I do not recommend.
