Freshest is best
- Look for a date on the label to help assess a beer’s freshness. Anheuser-Busch’s “born on” dates are about as clear as it
gets, but even then you have to do the math to calculate 110 days from that date.
- Dates can be harder to decode on many imports.
- Cans might not look chic, but they protect beer best of all.
- If you go for glass, dark is better than clear, and brown is better than green.
