Great taste and nutrition too..
Best Uses
Compared to EggO, these frozen waffles win the taste and nutrition tests for me. I'll try the Trader Joe's soon based on your suggestion - but the nutrition value is not as good as Kashi. Great texture too...never soggy or flimsy. I love the Blueberry version too. I've served these to my grandchildren, and they don't even know they are healthy. They just love them. Well worth the extra price if you find they are more expensive than others. Been buying these for several years.

Bottom Line
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
