Comment:
I wear a slim-shaped stubble beard, and shave daily: neck, about 1/2 my under-chin, and about 1/3 face/cheeks, ear lobes, back of neck. Panasonic nanotech is great at shaving difficult contours: neck-to-jaw, jaw-to-underchin, adams apple. Head motion can be set to float or lock, foils pitch/roll to follow contours as well. I really like the close-up control when shaving whiskers on my under-chin along the borderline of my stubble without cutting into the beard itself - very controllable. Cleaning routine takes about a minute maybe once a week: squirt soap on foil/blades, run shaver under water, remove cover/foil, rinse while running motor, Panasonic's high-speed cleaning setting, set aside to dry - looks brand new. I've yet to use the cleaning station Panasonic included with the shaver - it's still in the box. After 1 year it still works like day one - I don't see replacing the blades or foil anytime soon. I like the fact that it's fully immersible (Br__n is only partially wettable). This is my second Panasonic in 15 years; first one from 1998 still works fine (also fully waterproof) after replacing NiCads. Nanotech has Li-Ion battery, also replaceable. If/when this ever breaks or wears out, I'll replace it with another Panasonic. Few products are designed this well.

By far the best shaver I've ever owned. Quiet, close, and gentle. It's also communicative -- tells me how much charge is left and when it's time to clean. It's even a hoot to clean!

One of those things you find and use in life that you are simply, perfectly satisfied with. What more can I say?
