Bought this scale based on CR. That was a mistake. It worked for a few months and then became totally inaccurate and unreliable. It is now worthless. There should be a consumer alert on this scale, not a recommendation.

Took CR advise and purchased the 7506. Nice looking scale, worked fine for almost a year, and now it's gone haywire. Can no longer use and has no way to calibrate.
