Comment:
Bought this scale because of CR rating. I'm in a weight loss challenge, needed accuracy. This scale is horrably inaccurate. If I step off then back on it will read the same every time but if I step off and put my kid or something else on it then get back on it it will read 5 pounds different. Like it has some kind of temporary memory to trick you into believing it's accurate. I'm disappointed. CR takes a ding with me on this one.

Comment:
Just bought this yesterday. Weighed myself on the kitchen vinyl floor. Could not get a consistent reading. Accuracy was ± 9 pounds. After messing with it for 20 minutes we decided to return it. Our old analog scale is more accurate. Very disappointing. I'm shocked Consumer Reports has rated this model so high.
