Treadmill is great, would definitely recommend it. Just do yourself a favor and rather order from a company other than the Treatmill Factory. The service was dreadful.

I bought mine for my wife as a 1st anniversary gift on Jan 18, and only got it to work as advertised in June, 5 months later!!!!! See the slew of problems I had below, I have all the doc's & e-mails saved as proof of my nightmare. Feel free to reach out to me at yynbb[@]. My first anniversary gift, turned into my 1st anniversary nightmare, plus countless time wasted, frustration & headaches...Here's a quick recap of everything I've went through:1. Package came ripped were the strapping was (the strapping sliced right through the box), the strapping around the box was put without edge protectors.2. Then once unwrapping all the components I found the console cracked, and another piece had a huge scrape I'm amazed that a box weighing this much would have strapping without edge protectors protecting the strapping from slicing right through the box. All you need is for someone to lift it by the strapping and it will slice right through the box. I was surprised by how little cushioning & protection from shifting the box had inside once opened. The console was the only piece that had bubble wrap & was wrapped in the thinnest/cheapest type of bubble wrap I've ever seen. Less than 3/16 bubbles (3/16 is the lowest I've see used in order processing). An item this heavy should've been wrapped in 1/2 .3. So finally I get the replacement parts put on the treadmill to find out there's a new problem ticking from the motor.4. Horizon asks me if I can open the console & inspect the unit to see what the issue is. They were just trying to save a few hundred bucks on a repair call. I was nice enough to agree: Here's what happened: I open the motor cover to see what the issue with the ticking is, I couldn't figure it out only when I took a closer look. That's when a small sticker on the belt the must fell off from the motor somewhere. Then when the time came to put the cover back on I had a very hard time, the screws don't always fit in, you need to try all different angels to succeed (Thanks to cheap [*] manufacturing). I've also found that the screws on the treadmill to be extremely sensitive and wear friendly. The 2nd time I needed to tighten some hex bolts it would barley turn since the threads were rubbed out, and the only tools I was using were the ones that came with the treadmill, again cheap craftsmanship 5. Once I was done with the motor the treadmill belt started making squeaky sounds every ten seconds or so, adjusting wouldn't help. So, I took apart the side rails and to find there was something obstructing the belt. After oiling it a 3rd time & adjusting it a few more times it stopped squeaking. Then it took me like an hour to put the screws back together, I've never in my life seen something so poorly built, where the screws just won't go back in place, only after half a dozen tries. 7. While moving the treadmill back in place one of the thin pieces of plastic wasn't screwed in tight enough and snapped off. 8. A horizon technician fixes the plastic piece, only to be told by the technician the one speaker is not working. That's my story…. Stay sane, stay away from Horizon….
