Comment:
The machine is great, stores well, and easy to put to together. But if you need any help, don't call customer service, because you won't find them. I called many times, got the run around, and sat on hold for an hour or more to no avail. I never got to speak with anyone. I sent emails, and got responses but no help. Worst customer service ever. I have worked in the customer service field, and Proform has the worst CS. So if you want service, I suggest another manufacturer.

This is a great treadmill for walking, casual running yet seems tough enough for the occasional sprint. Has lots of variety in its exercise programming. This treadmill has everything any home user would want and I can see it for anyone but for the most serious runners or maybe very tall people. Very good controls. At high-speed it could use better safety grips or quick cut-off speed. Would be nice if it indicated when incline level was reached as it takes time to move. The incline and speed should meet almost anyone's home use needs. You can adjust either in increments relatively easily. This treadmill is really noisy and only gets worse as you speed it up. That limits my exercise choices sometimes. Arrived with a broken belly pan, and the fan works on one speed only. It is a two-speed fan. It is reported this frequently happens with Pro-Form. [*].The customer service has improved and I had no trouble getting help. They will replace the broken and non-functional parts. I have to see how well this works out.

Comment:
I use this for daily exercise. I don't go fast and I don't use a lot of incline. It works just fine. Easy to fold and operate. Fan is a bit noisy, but feels good. A good budget exercise tool. I would recommend it to a friend that's wants casual walking.....
