The only worth of this machine is in the metal for scrap. This machine is very slow to start and very slow to wind down. Meaning that if you are running all out you'd better slow down ahead of time or jump off.

Customer service is horrible. They strung me along for a few months believing that there was an upgrade for the slow response. They said a tech would contact me. When I didn't hear from them for a few months I called and they said it would be another month. 2 months went by and when I called they said they didn't know about any upgrade.

I've used several tread mills at the gym and they are easier to run on than this machine. Not sure why but is seems narrower but the guy who repairs is (I've gotten to know him quite well) says it's standard width.

I'll be calling him again as the speed sensor went out on this machine... again!

Comment:
I use the treadmill 3-4 times a week for 30 or 45 minutes on 11 incline and 3.5 mph. My wife and I use this treadmill with almost the same routine except hers is for an hour. I weigh about 180 lbs and she weighs about 130 lbs. We have had the treadmill for 6 years and it's still going strong. We had the basement finished with this machine in the basement (just covered with plastic on top) this year and you could imagine the dust that this machine was subjected to and it's still going strong, quiet as when we bought it 6 years ago. I would recommend this machine due to its quietness and durability.

Comment:
This treadmill is not built for people who run or work out regularly (twice a week). Mine failed after only a month (2-3 times/week, 20-30 minutes each session). I had owned other treadmills ($1,500.00 price range or less) before and this is the worst I have seen.
