It does what it is supposed to

work with 4 AA batteries or AC adapter, 3 different sizes for cuff, informative manual

This device does what it is supposed to. At first, I didn't notice that cuff has 3 different sizes, and I happened to order a large cuff. It was somewhat too big for me. That's my fault, but because of that I was not 100% satisfied. It still works as it is, so I didn't return it. I am very familiar with hypertension, so I didn't learn a lot from the manual, but if you are new to this disease, it will help you much.
