Comment:
Previous BP monitor bit the dust, based on CR review bought this model. Used per instructions and it made my hand numb and it HURT. Left large red marks on my arm that may bruise. Called mfgr., confirmed I was using it correctly. Unit apparently malfunctioning. We really care if our products injure people but I can't find a manager to speak with you. Had I not used a home BP monitor before I may have thought this was normal. It isn't. They shouldn't hurt, make your hand numb or leave marks. Now the joy of returning it.

Comment:
Because of tachycardia and highly variable blood pressure, I have trouble getting home monitors to work. But I've had two separate Rite Aid monitors, and both work consistently for me where Omron and others failed.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
