Light but too hot

Pros
Light
Cons
Cant Control Heat Setting

Comment:
I love the weight of this hair dryer and it is very easy to use. It also appears to control my fly aways a little better. But there is only one heat setting and it gets VERY hot - it makes my scalp feel like I've burned it. Because of that, I am switching to another hair dryer.

Very Disappointing - Safety Issues

Comment:
I bought this hairdryer because of its features, especially the low noise and its light weight. It was quite an investment financially so I had high expectations. It also came with a great warranty which I had not seen with other products.

The problem I had with this product was not its failure to meet its claims; the problem had to do with the quality of its construction and safety. The units kept short-circuiting. I had to return the product to the salon three times within six months of using it; each time, they gave me a replacement unit and each of them short-circuited; one of them short-circuited in as little as a couple weeks after I got a replacement.

By the time I returned my third unit, the salon told me they no longer carried the product and I would have to contact the company that marketed/distributed the product. By this time, I could not locate my original purchase receipt and I'm still debating about contacting the head company for resolution or just considering the whole matter an expensive lesson learned.
