Great heart rate monitor for the price!

Low cost, ease of use.
Weakness
Limited capabilities (very basic)
I have been using this HRM for about 6 weeks now and I have been very satisfied so far, but of course I can't speak for the longevity of this product. I am a beginner runner and this was exactly what I needed as a starter model. It seems to be very accurate and consitent and it is extremely simple to use. If you are a beginning runner and are on a budget, I would recommend this HRM.

greatly improved my exercise plan

I used to do some running almost everyday but found it's not very effective without some planning. I did some research and found out it'll be greatly improvement to exercise at certain heart rate. But I didn't want to spend a lot of money on one of these heart rate monitors, so this product fit my price range perfectly. I'm not certain what other bells and whistles the more expensive ones have, but this one seems to be everything I need...heart monitor including alarm setting to let you know you've reached your target or fallen from it, stop watch, clock, and etc. highly recommended

I WOULD BUY THIS UNIT AGAIN. IT CAN BE USED ON A TREADMILL OR OUTDOORS.I GOT IT TO REPLACE THE EAR LOB ATTACHED MONITOR WHICH CAME WITH MY TREADMILL AND WAS VERY INACCURATE.
