I never even got far enough to take delivery of the mattress. I bought it from the Schaumburg store and set up a delivery date. The next day,I tried to call the delivery department to ask them to also pick up my old mattress. Eventually, after a long wait, the recording said something to the effect that they didn't have enough people to talk to me and would I please leave a message. I did leave a message but still kept calling off and on for two more hours with no success. No one ever called me back, either. At this point, I'm thinking about what I might have to go through if I ever had a problem with the mattress. I decided to get my money back. Went to the store next day and waited 45 minutes for someone in the office to make the decision to return my money. They finally gave me back everything except the $40.00 picking fee. It's only $40.00 but it left me with an even more bitter taste in my mouth. A lot of time spent for no good reason. Bad company. I won't go back. Not even for the hot dogs or the Swedish horsemeat balls.

Bought a queen size version of this in 2012 to replace the mattress in our master bedroom. It was very comfortable when we first got it, and my wife and I were initially quite pleased with the purchase.

However within 12 months the latex topping has already compressed to the point where the you can feel a very noticeable ridge in the center. It's starting to feel a bit like we're rolling downhill and off the sides. Some of the aches and pains we experienced with our old mattress are starting to return.

I weigh under 170 lbs and my wife's a fair bit less than that so excess weight shouldn't be an issue. We've rotated it a few times since we got it, however the latex topper is only on one side so switching it around as instructed doesn't accomplish much.

The three year replacement warranty from Ikea is reassuring but we really don't want to go through the hassle of returning it to the store or paying to have a new one delivered every 12 months. Our previous mattress wasn't anything special but it lasted 7 years before the pillow top wore out. We're disappointed with this product and don't recommend it.
