Comment:
Have spinal stenosis and other back problems. This mattress is the only one that has provided relief. I have tried Temperpedic brand mattress but I found it reflected too much heat back to my body. The Novaform gell does a great job of regulating surface temperature.

Comment:
Purchased in store in the box. Opened it and found the off gassing quite strong. Took a few days for it to air out to the point of tolerating it. Began sleeping on it for a week and found it way too firm. It did not feel like any memory foam mattress I had slept on before such as Tempurpedic. I could not see putting more foam like a topper onto foam. It went back with no hassles.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So after reading 100 reviews or so online and CR website we took a chance and bought the Novaform at Costco. My wife and I are now a month or so in, sleeping on the mattress. The wife prefers a stiff mattress and I a soft. First few nights we both woke up a little sore but that soon vanished. I think it took some getting used to, to actually having a bed support you properly. The bed is firm but I am adapting as weeks go by, the bed has softened noticeably. Neither of us have awoken in the night with those pressure points hurting causing you to toss and turn in the night since we started sleeping on the Novaform. This was a common occurrence with our old mattress. Over all for the price and as time goes on loving this mattress more every day. Hope this helps.
