Comment:
I wrote a big review of my experience under costco.com. I had used both CR and costco reviews to make my decision. I trust both websites. But the Novaform Serafina matress cannot be trusted. After 1 month the orignal firmness that I need has slackened to the soft foamy feel of the 70's. Ouch. Just not working as advertised. I returned the matress. Looking at manufacturers 20-year warranty, they do not cover minor indentations of up to 1.5. What? That's almost as bad as the roads we're driving on in Rockland County this winter. I'm going back to spring matresses, and I'll wait another 10 years for these foam products to improve.

This was highly recommended by a fellow shopper that saw us looking at it; he told us we would not regret buying it--he was right. Our boxspring mattress was hard, lumpy and I was waking with achy hips and back in the morning. We took a chance with this mattress and no longer wake with achy joints or other soreness since. Our Novaform mattress has been used daily for 6 years and is as comfortable as the day we bought it. The mattress gives proper support and cushion no matter which side you sleep on. It is so comfortable! Novaform is a best in value and is the only mattress I will ever buy.
