About This Brand

Sealy is a brand leader and one of the largest manufacturers, making Sealy, Stearns & Foster, and Bassett brands of mattresses. Sealy has effectively marketed itself as maker of orthopedic, back-friendly mattresses with its Posturepedic line. The national brand is available in mass-market chains such as Sears, sleep specialty stores, and furniture retailers. Sealy makes models at a wide range of prices, from $500 for a queen to more than $4,000 for a foam mattress. A plush pillow-top (queen mattress only) can range from $800 to $3,000. Sealy has recently expanded its offerings, and now makes latex (Comfort Series by Sealy Posturepedic) and foam (Optimum by Sealy Posturepedic) mattresses.

Comment:
Once your body leaves the body imprint or cavity you have to sleep the exact same way everyday. I bought this mattress as I have a very bad back, now it causes me so much pain I cannot wait to get rid of it. By the way this is the third mattress in the last five years, all made by Sealy. The first two mattress had similar problems. The first one had a spring come all the way through it. They do not give refunds so I had to take from Sealy stock. No more Sealy for me.

Comment:
We bought this bed about 3 months ago from Mattress People and love it! We tried another brand first but it slept hot and was a little to hard. So we took it back and they recommended this one and it did the trick. We are sleeping great. Wake up every monring feeling fresh and ready to go!
