Comment:
Have owned a king size Sleep Number bed for about 8 years. Only issue was having to replace the older pneumatic air pump with two wired remotes (one for each side) after about 2 years as one side stop pumping air. They replaced it with a newer model (pro-rated of course which I was NOT happy about). The replacement pump has worked flawlessly for all these years. Before making the bed each day, we fill it completely which helps keep the mattress topper in shape with no sags.

This is the best bed we have ever owned! We both have back injuries and were unable to sleep in bed together. One of us slept in a recliner in the room and I had to sleep corner to corner on my old mattress to get any relief.

The first night we had the bed we slept like babies! I will definitely purchase another one.....or two.....or three!

I have back aches with previous beds including some with pillow top. This one is even more comfortable than the Heavenly beds at Westin.

Comment:
The first time we laid down on this bed my wife and I knew it was the one for us. I like a firmer mattress. My wife enjoys something a little softer. This bed is perfect. After several sleepless night of trying to get comfortable, on a two year old, high end mattress, we now get a good nights sleep.
