Comment:
Head is too heavy resulting in tilting when mounted. Head also awkwardly high when mounted. Ecoflow not total shut off. Better to install PW 678-1462 flow controller and get any shower head you want. Menards sells the PW.

Comment:
Great shower head. Love the water savings, as our water rates seem to increase with each bill. The pause feature is great while you are soaping up, when you resume, you don't have to adjust the water temperature again.<br />I did have a quality issue with my unit, however ONE call to WaterPick had a replacement on the way immediately. Outstanding customer service in my opinion. Based on that experience alone, I purchased another Water Pick shower head when it was time to replace another unit.
