Comment:
I buy this at Costco and though it's not the least expensive TP it's a good product, as advertised - soft and flushable. We have a high efficiency Toyo toilet and the Charmin TP has never presented a flushing or clogging problem. I don't know why Consumer Reports would neglect to show Costco's price for this product which is considerably less than the Walmart price that CR does list.

While this TP is soft, it also does not disintegrate. It floats on the surface of the water, requiring multiple flushes. We had 2 plumber visits due to this product. $195 later we stopped using this TP at the plumber's suggestion. We have brand new Gerber Avalanche toilets so we are not clogging old plumbing fixtures!

I have been using this product for years after trying all the rest. Maybe they have greatly improved since the last time I tried them....but this is one product that I am willing to pay more for because I think it is worth it!
