Comment:
These Mansfield toilets were installed by our builder in our new home. I should have insisted on another brand, because all 5 of them are coming out this weekend. They regularly clog. Please note, a toilet snake and a plunger are mandatory accessories if you plan on purchasing these!<br />One evening, my 4 year old daughter flushed the toilet just before we ran out to dinner, and the toilet overflowed - and continued to pour water over the bowl for two hours until we came home. We were shocked to see water pouring from the can lights in the kitchen and basement ceilings. All three levels of our home were soaked. This toilet destroyed our hardwood floors, carpeting, cabinets, walls and ceilings. Understand, a 4 year old can clog these toilets, and then they can fail to stop running. The cost of repairs to our home was over $26,000. Avoid Mansfield toilets at all costs!

Yingst Homes uses this model. Decent builder but a very poor choice. I've had enough, I'm calling my plumber tomorrow to replace every one,

Comment:
My house came with 3 of these toilets. 2 toilets clog at least once a week [the third is rarely used] and only 2 people live in the house. Plunging takes a long time -- snaking is difficult because of the shape.
