Comment:
I did a lot of research before replacing our ONLY toilet in our home. I wanted a toilet that used less water than our 20+ year old toilet, and I wanted one that would not easily plug up like our old one. We've had this toilet for over a year now and I am very happy with it. The flush is fast, straight down (no swirling), and efficient. We have had just a few plug ups, but that was with a kid using excessive toilet paper. Glad we chose this brand based on the consumer comments instead of the CR ratings at the time. Not sure why it got a low rating a year ago, but I have been nothing but pleased with our purchase!

Comment:
Owned for 3+ years.

My toilets before these were ALWAYS clogging and I kept a plunger near each one because anything larger than a dead fly was guaranteed to clog it. I hated those toilets with a passion.

I was thrilled to see the Toto disposes of just about anything I give it... so to speak.

Only weird thing about the toilet is on one, the tank kind of rocks easily. I've always had toilets where the tank was rock solid stable, even if you leaned back. My plumber insisted this was just how it is.
