Comment:
Overall we like this product but its certainly not perfect. Care must be taken to not drop sharp items or the color surface of tiles could chip. Also, make sure your furniture has fresh/soft sliders under each leg/foot or you could eventually rub through or scratch the color surface of the tiles and expose a white material. Our professional installer told us to use a colored felt tip pen to touch up any damaged areas. That works pretty good on our color tile. Great floor for houses with dogs. Ours range from 10lbs to 95lbs and the floor has stood up well.

Comment:
From day-one, this tile has been extremely fragile. We first noticed scratches when moving our stove back into place using plastic furniture gliders. Then when replacing the knobs on our cabinets, one small brass knob dropped 12 inches onto the floor and chipped it. Now after six months, there are three more chips. Some things like our Labrador's nails have no effect on it. We contacted Armstrong though our flooring contractor. An Armstrong rep stopped by and took several of our left over tiles for testing. Ten weeks later a letter was sent back informing us that these are not warranted issues and that the samples will not be returned. This is not what we expected from Armstrong.

Comment:
I have had our Armstrong LVT down in our laundry room and 1/2 bath for about 15 months and it has multiple scuffed areas. Prior to the remodel from our flood we had put down the $0.99 cent peel and stick groutable vinyl from Lowes and had it in place for over 18 months without a scratch in it. It kills me that I paid for Luxury Vinyl Tile and professional installation when I could of gone back to the cheap stuff that was perfectly good. Highly disappointed.
