Comment:
I can't recommend this. We have it in the kitchen, bathroom and entry. It is beautiful and feels warm and comfortable. But, the finish flakes away. There is no hard use here yet the top flakes away leaving white spots. I wish I would have used hard wood or ceramic. It was supposed to be lifetime guarantee -- we will see. So far, very disappointed.

Comment:
This product looks and feels great. It does not, however, stand up to even light usage. The top has flaked off all over the place. If you drop something on it, it will likely remove the surface also. It is really expensive, $5/sq.ft.+, for garbage.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
