Comment:
I cannot attest to the wear of this floor since I have not owned it long enough. I am sure CR has put the floor though it's paces, so the ratings will give you a good indication of how the floor will perform in this regard. My experience to share with you is that a significant amount of the boards I received were defective. Some were chipped some were not wide enough, most were not straight. Out of 8 boxes, over one full box was rejected. My installer spent more time looking for acceptable boards than installing. We still made some compromises, installing defective boards were they wont show, because we just did not have enough good boards, even though we ordered extra as is advised in all floor projects. If you decided on Bruce hardwood floors, I advise you factor in at least 30% more material than you think you need.
How long have you owned it:
A month or less
Bottom Line
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
