Installed according to instruction. we noticed that when people sat in the wooden leg chairs the weight formed depressions in the floor.<br />Complaints to the manufactured went no where. They advised it was reasonable to expect woods cells to dent with downward pressure<br />We will have to use a carpet or Crutch tips to avoid any further Denting

We re-did our house with Bella 3/4 finished maple and it turned out great. The only downside was that when we made a border around the livingroom and kitchen out of walnut the thickness was about 1/32 differance. We can live with that.

Great milling & finish

Comment:
The finish and milling are outstanding. Installation was easier than other brands due to milling. Quality of wood was excellent. I chose this over the select grade because of the natural variations in the the wood are beautiful.
