Only a couple reviews is always tricky but I give this product a big thumbs up. A friend who is an experience harwood installer helped me install about 800 sq ft and i must say we were both impressed with the consistency of the material, Imperfect boards that couldnt be used were almost non existent, maybe one board per 200 sq ft. ends were very square and it nailed down beautifully. I am not an expert installer but my buddy is and he said it was about as consistent as any he had ever put down. the end result looks amazing. The longest pieces are only about 36 but there are about 4 or 5 sizes total so plenty to break it up nicely. Hope this is helpful

Comment:
We recently installed this flooring in our entire upper living area (3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen). The color came out a little darker than we thought it would from looking at the box, but we absolutely love it. The boards are even, no gaps, completely level.

I was having this installed by Lowe's contractors and halfway thru inspected the floor and was appalled. Most of the boards were one footers, the others two and three. The butt ends were about half uneven, some rising almost enough to trip over. I'd pay for a better product. Even the installers said they had talked betweens themselves about the uneveness of the board ends meeting. Plus they expected more sizes and also several boards had gouges as they came from the box and had to be disposed of. The sales person at Lowe's should have been better informed to inform me. Now I know more and will not use Nobel House products again.
