Comment:
I installed it in a hallway of a rental property. Took us a few hours to get the hang of the stick and how extremely sticky it was.

3.5 years later, it is in the SAME condition as installed, but I was extremely precise and picky about each and every piece being connected perfectly. Today, I learned that if you install the seam just a little bit overlapped and hammer it in with a rubber mallet, it will stick absolutely perfectly and be aligned without a gap of any kind.

It was NOT cheap, but you CAN do it yourself, it is a little persnickety with the cutting, yes, you do have to score it a few times to snap it.

We really like it and I plan to expand the install into the adjacent bathroom, den, and upstairs in the kitchen and main bathroom.

We put this in our kitchen, living room, bathroom and hall. Looked very nice at first. After a year it started to separate at the seams in some places and seamed to shrink. Very unhappy.

Comment:
I've been a general contractor for 25 years and have installed lots of laminate flooring. i would say its a little faster to install you have to be very careful! if you take your time and keep it straight it looks awesome. contrary to what the instructions say if you stick the two pieces together you can forget about taking them apart. my job turned out good....but not perfect. you can use a knife to cut but you have to score it about 6 times to get it to snap. i used tin snips to small cut outs, i would use a jig saw if i do another job with this product !
How long have you owned it:
A month or less
Bottom Line
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
