Comment:
Great product. Installed about 900 sq feet on main floor. My wife was cooking bacon and the pan caught in her shirt. She jumped back out of the way as the boiling bacon grease spilled all over the floor. After making sure she was ok, my next thought was how much work it was going to be to replace the area of flooring. To my surprise, not a mark. Flooring held up to boiling bacon grease without a single mark.

Comment:
It took a year but the problem has risen and now I will have to do the whole bedroom all over again, not a job I want to do every year. This product went down great with a few minor exceptions but our room is an angle nightmare, anyway I loved the feel of the floor on my feet and it looked great. BUT NOW the seams are cracking, where we walk of course. So the one inch overlapping seam is cracked on the top piece anyway I don't know because I have not removed the floor to see if the bottom piece is also cracked but we started stubbing our toes a few months ago and now they are just out right ripped from impact with our feet. I am looking for HOME DEPOT for assistance since the ALLURE customer service is an answering machine.

Cons

Comment:
This is flooring very difficult to install. A professional flooring installer and I tried to install this product. It took us 14 hours to install about 75 square feet. I got so frustrated I took it apart in less than 15 minutes. And I returned it all to Home Depot. We read the directions and watched the installation video at least three times.<br /> The flooring does look like wood because of the coloring and embossed grain in the vinyl.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
