Comment:
I've been a general contractor for 25 years and have installed lots of laminate flooring. i would say its a little faster to install you have to be very careful! if you take your time and keep it straight it looks awesome. contrary to what the instructions say if you stick the two pieces together you can forget about taking them apart. my job turned out good....but not perfect. you can use a knife to cut but you have to score it about 6 times to get it to snap. i used tin snips to small cut outs, i would use a jig saw if i do another job with this product !

Comment:
Seams at end of planks widened a few months after install and are quit noticeable. Boxes of planks were acclimated for two weeks before install. Sheet vinyl would have been much better.

Great Stuff!

Pros
Easy To Install
Looks like real wood
Resists Scratches Wear
Water Resistant
Cons
Shrinks If Cold
Best Uses
Whole house
Comment:
Tough as nails - had it in a house for over 3 years, with no signs of wear - still looks new. I let the house get cold during a winter vacation and it did shrink to show cracks, but as soon as the house warmed up, the cracks closed tight. Doesn't show scratches like P----, or other hard laminates. Waterproof, so it can be used in bathrooms and kitchens.
How long have you owned it:
More than six months
Bottom Line
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
